Who Can Apply
- Experienced candidates with proven scaffolding/site safety background in oil & gas, industrial, or construction projects.
- PTW knowledge for permit roles; SPIR/HSE exposure for HSE and coordinator positions.
- Ability to communicate in English, follow method statements, and comply with HSE and PTW procedures.
- Valid passport and readiness to mobilize after selection; immediate joiners preferred.
Role Expectations
- Work Permit Supervisor (Scaffolding): issue/close permits, coordinate with operations, verify barricading, ensure toolbox talks and LOTO compliance.
- Scaffolding Supervisor/Foreman: plan daily work, allocate crew, ensure tagging (green/yellow/red), and monitor productivity and safety.
- Scaffolding Inspector: inspect scaffold build and dismantling as per standards (e.g., BS/OSHA), maintain checklists, and clear punch points.
- Coordinators (Scaffolding/HSE/SPIR): track manpower & material, interface with HSE, update progress reports and ensure SPIR compliance.
- Scaffolders/Helpers: erect, modify and dismantle scaffolds safely with PPE and PTW adherence.

- Passport (original + copies) and recent passport-size photos.
- Experience and education certificates; relevant scaffolding/HSE certifications if any.
- Any previous GCC or shutdown experience proof.
